equipment must be installed by a licensed
electrician in accordance with the NEC and any
State and/or Local codes in effect at the time
of installation.
Baptistry
water heaters are available with either 120V or
240V electric connections. All electric heaters
need a GFI / GFCI(ground fault circuit interrupter)
breaker, which is not included on some
heaters. The Immersion style heater can be
plugged into a 120V regular household outlet or
240V dryer type outlet, but both need to be
protected by a GFI breaker. Be safe, be smart,
all electric connections near water need GFI
protection! Ask your representative which
heaters include GFI plugs.
This
portable immersion heater is our
most economical. The heater is
mounted over the side of the
baptistery with a stainless steel
bracket (provided). Simply plug the
pigtail cord into a 240 volt outlet,
and set the thermostat to the
desired temperature. Use to heat
then remove for your service.

Note: The 120V
Immersion Heater is designed for
SMALL baptistries (under 150
gallons) such as the Portable
Baptistry. For larger baptistries
use the 240V or more than one of the
120V heaters.
This
new baptistry heater is our most
economical to operate! The heater is
mounted for easy use and
accessibility, then attaches to the
2 15' long garden hoses (included),
which extend into the pool. No
drilling or plumbing needed! One
hose connects to the commercial
grade 1/6 HP submersible pump which
pumps the water from the pool to the
heater, then back again into the
pool. The submersible pump plugs
into the back of the heater unit so
all are under the protection of the
GFCI plug (included with the 120V
system - you provide with the 240V
system).
This
unit is not for continuous use, if
you need to have one on all the time
select the
Basic or
Deluxe models.
Model
PL120 heats
PORTABLE BAPTISTRIESup to 150 gallons. Model
PL240 heats baptistries up to 750
gallons. For larger pools, choose
DELUXE HEATERS.
Our
Basic Circulation Water Heater Kit includes the 6
KW heater with an adjustable
thermostat and hi-limit protection,
along with the circulation pump and
installation kit. This has been the
standard heater style in use for
over 40 years, and is still a
favorite. It attaches directly to
the side of your baptistry, with
water coming in at the bottom, being
heated, and pumped out at the top.
(tub must be filled before using).

Gallons? Select the 11.5 KW
heater.
The ChurchRite 240 V Circulation
Heater features an stainless steel
housing (no rust), a 1/2 HP pump
motor, and thermostat control.
Available in 5.5 KW and 11 KW sizes.
The 5.5 will heat the average 500
gallon baptistry in 6 hours by 30
degrees F. The 11 KW will heat the
same baptistry by 36 degrees F in
about 4 hours. Can be installed up
to 12 feet from baptistry. Heating
indicator light. Adjustable
thermostat. GFCI included.
