Manufacturing begins with a mold or pattern, unto which fiberglass strands are sprayed.

The fiberglass is rolled onto the pattern to make it smooth.

Ready for finishing.

After removing the pattern, the edges are trimmed.

Finished fiberglass inserts wait for cabinet manufacturing.

Each cabinet is hand made from oak or birch woods.

Fiberglass insert is placed into the cabinet.

Alignment with the drain door is checked.

Options such as lectern top are added as needed.
