Policy on Heater and Accessory Returns

Baptistry heaters and accessories can be exchanged if found defective within 15 days of purchase, without added expense.  After 15 days, items will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 year.  PBH heaters have a 15 month warranty.

Heaters which have been improperly wired are not considered defective. Many warranty items can be solved over the phone.  Please contact us if you have questions.

For returns that are not defective, a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs, will be applied.

Policy on Baptistery Returns

Unless proven defective, baptistries are not returnable.  Repair kits are available for repairs. In unusual circumstances, the factory may authorize returns, with the customer paying shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee.
