Baptisteries, Water Heaters, Accessory Returns Policies

 

Policy on Heater and Accessory Returns

Baptistry heaters are tested before shipping. Very few are defective. The two main issues are that the GFCI needs to be reset, or you ordered a heater that is too small for your baptistry.  Consult your sales representative if you are uncertain about the size.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Defective baptistry heaters and accessories can be exchanged, if found defective, during the warranty period, without added expense to the purchaser.  All returned heaters will be tested before any credit or replacement is offered. The manufacturer may offer a new replacement or repair at its discretion.

All items returned which are deemed ‘Not Defective’ by the manufacturer will incur a Testing Fee of $75 plus $25 shipping to return the item to you.

Before you request a return authorization, be sure you have tested and reset the GFCI.  This solves most problems.

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If not defective, heaters can be returned within 15 days of purchase by paying a restocking fee (25%) and shipping costs both ways (approximately $50) so long as the returned heater is in new condition.  The original documentation and packaging must accompany the item. Do not return heaters without a Return Authorization number or they will be refused.

The RA# must be written in LARGE print on the outside of the box.  If you have photos, please email them also along with the church name  to returns@heaterreturns.com

A store credit will be offered for items from Church Pools or Church Furniture Store.

Heaters and accessories have a manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 year. Heaters which have been improperly wired are not considered defective and are not returnable. Heaters operated without water present will be damaged and cannot be returned. Replacement parts may be available if you damage your heater.

Many warranty issues can be solved by contacting us. Please email us if you have questions. First check to see if the GFCI has tripped, and if so, reset it. Secondly confirm your power source.

Policy on Baptistery Returns

Unless proven defective, baptistries are not returnable. Repair kits are available for repairs. In unusual circumstances, the factory may authorize returns, with the customer paying shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee. A store credit will be offered for items from Church Pools or Church Furniture Store

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

 

The #1 Mistake made when ordering is to try and heat a regular size baptistry with a 120V heater. The 120V heaters will only heat a 150 gallon (one person) portable pool.
